Boho dreamcatcher & wall hanging

DIY, Home, home decor, make · March 30, 2018

I have always loved the beauty of dream catchers and the meaning/legend behind them is something so special.

Each one of my children has had their own dream catcher hanging in their room since they were little and I have to say, they’ve come in very handy during some difficult bedtimes, easing fears and anxiety.

Lately, I’ve been pretty crazy obsessed with making my own dream catchers.  Not only just average sized dream catchers, I’m also making very LARGE dream catchers which measure between 24″ and 30″ in diameter.

Here is the biggest one I’ve made to date.  I made this to hang on a very tall wall in our living room.  The colors are perfect for this room and wow, what a statement piece! You instantly notice this dream catcher when you walk through our front door, it adds so much warmth and texture to the space.  It really is a piece of art (not to toot my own horn).

I’m preparing to list lots of dream catchers and wall hangings to my Etsy shop.  I’ve listed several already but have many more to include.
