Hi, I’m Michelle! I sure do appreciate you visiting my little space here.
First things first, these are my peeps and my whole heart. My husband Michael, my son Mikey (27) and daughters Elle (21) and Myah (19). Together we make a happy family here in Kingston, Massachusetts.
If I had to choose what I am most proud of in life, being a Mom would absolutely be at the tippity top. I am so honored and extremely grateful to be given the gifts of three of the most loving, thoughtful and beautiful humans I have ever known. My heart feels so full of love for them that sometimes I feel as though it make explode. For real.
I am also beyond blessed to share the gift of parenthood and this life with my partner, husband and very best friend Michael. This past July we celebrated 21 years of marriage. I feel extremely blessed we found each other.
In addition to being a wife and mother, I have the complete honor to teach yoga classes in and around Plymouth and Kingston, MA. I feel incredibly grateful to do what I love every. single. day. Life is funny, unexpected and often when you’re open to it, the universe sets things up for you exactly as they should. Back in 2015 when I was approached by one of my yoga teachers asking me if I was interested in doing a Les Mills Body Balance certification weekend, it wasn’t even on my radar! Soon after teaching Body Balance classes for a few months however, I realized I loved the community and teaching so I signed up for my 200 hr yoga teacher training. Since then, I’ve become a 500hr teacher, certified in Thai Massage level 1, senior yoga certified, chair yoga certified and most recently a certified Mediation Guide through the one and only Boston Buddah, Andy Kelly.
I truly feel like I am in my lane doing what I absolutely LOVE and I plan to continue learning and educating myself. I am a lifelong student.
Life is beautiful and busy and I would be remiss not to mention our 3 adorably goofy rescue dogs; Mamacita “Mama” for short. Leo, formerly “Amos” and last but certainly not least, Holmes, our most recent and first ever foster dog who after 1 year became ours to keep. They call it a foster fail, I think he’s a BIG ole’ win!! We love them all so much.
I strive to find balance in this busy life with work, being Mom, wife and dog mama. Whenever possible I also try and tap into anything creative, I’m very passionate about projects and creating just about anything that moves me.
My intention for this space is to create an outlet to share my yoga offerings my meditation offerings as well as sharing creative inspiration; sewing, DIY projects, home decorating, crafting, family, dogs and whatever else life has planned.
Thank you for stopping by and please check back soon.
